By booking an online hypnosis session with Hypno-Systems UK, you agree that you are engaging in the

process of hypnotism and are willing to be hypnotized. The provided services of Hypno-Systems UK are

either therapeutic or healing exploration hypnosis.

We will not treat minors without parental or legal custodian's consent. When consent is given, a duly

appointed witness must attend said minors to and from the consultations. We will not treat patients

for certain conditions without the consent/referral of Doctors, dieticians, or other medical workers.

This is for your own protection and benefit.

No therapeutic hypnosis session provided under the auspices of Hypno-Systems UK is meant to be a substitute

for licensed medical or mental health care; and client agrees to disclose any medical or mental health issues

which would contraindicate hypnosis to the hypnotist prior to the session. If such conditions do exist no

hypnosis shall take place; referral back to licensed care provider of record is indicated in such circumstances.

Client agrees that all bookings have a 72 hour lead time and will book within stated time parameters.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
